Terms of service:
Please be aware that all sales are final. Once goods or services have been paid for there are no cash or credit refunds. Exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We are not to be held responsible for delays that are out of our control, ie printing delays. If the lab we use is not able to fulfill your order, we will look for other alternatives to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Please be aware that during the holiday season production and printing times can sometimes be doubled or tripled, this is something that is out of our control.
Deposits:
Once a deposit is made for your photo shoot, that is an agreement and commitment made by you, that you will commit to the date and time that you have booked with our studio and our photographer, including our assistants, makeup artist, hairstylist and location rental, if required for your shoot.
All deposits are non refundable. If you need to reschedule your photo shoot it must be done no later than a week before your shooting date. If you do not show for your shoot, you will loose your deposit and will need to make a new one for a new photo shoot with our studio. If you reschedule your photo shoot more than a week in advance from your original date your deposit will be held and put towards your new shooting date. We are not held responsible for acts of god, including weather or situations out of our control. If reasons out of our control, we are not able to shoot you on your scheduled date, your funds will be held and put towards a new shooting date. If you paid fully in advance you will maintain a credit with our studio for you to use at a later date.
Payment:
By making a payment or deposit for our services or products we offer, you are automatically agreeing with the above stated terms.
